An individual must have managerial expertise, a net worth of at least CAD $2,000,000, and be prepared to make a secured commitment of CAD $120,000 over the course of five years in order to be considered an investor. A CAD 12,000,00,000 investment is repayable after 5 years interest-free. However, if you have a deal with a Canadian financial intermediary, like CAD 350,000 and the rest from a bank, you may invest for less money. It cannot be refunded.
